Coach/Consultant

CURRENTLY I am only available for coaching IT-managers at a limited timespend (support with experience, challenging, confrontational en stimulating)

A specific role is one acting as consultant or coach of the IT department.

Please do not expect someone who writes lengthy reports or proposals. The style is pragmatic, down to earth and basic on practical experience to come up with concrete, immediately applicable suggestions.

In the coaching / consultancy role we look at problems in organization, processes, services, but only solutions are  proposed that will lead to direct improvements. The employees themselves start acting different instantly and we need some time to let things take root. Meanwhile, bottlenecks 'at later stage' or at a higher maturity level will slowly pop-up and new suggested improvement are ready to be implemented. That approach lead to an overalll improvement.

Working with the people, the style is open, positive critical attention and "friendly confrontational": intensive talks will have direct impact on behavior.

Obviously this is a part-time role is usually filled with 1 or 2 days a week.
